Packing

We offer 3 packing options:

• Bubble wrap and cardboard
• Bubble wrap and a korflute case
• Bubble wrap and a wooden crate

 

We recommend:

Cardboard & Bubble Wrap – From $40

For unframed works on canvas being shipped nationally.

Korflute Case and Bubble wrap – From $80

Larger unframed canvases being shipped nationally or internationally

Framed works without glass being shipped nationally

Custom Made Wooden Crate – From $120

All works under glass

We offer a truly friendly and personalised service and are very happy to offer Free advice and guidance to our customers, our staff have many years experience and are only too happy to help.

 

Shipping:

Works going within Australia are shipped via road unless urgent

International shipping is via airfreight up to 2 meters sq

Works over 2 meters squared can sometimes be shipped by air (depending on the destination or via sea).

 

NB: Road freight and Airfreight services are shipped to the door and include all export taxes and duties – some destination ports do levy an import duty which must be paid by the recipient.

Seafreight services ship from Highly Strung to the nearest sea port in the destination country and must be collected by the recipient from the port. All import duties and customs clearance expenses at the destination port are the responsibility of the recipient.

We do not offer Insurance and any insurance required is the responsibility of the sender.
